My travels this year.
Once I finished school in June, I made a goal of getting out of Utah at least once a month. I hope to continue this though at least May. But why not forever! Anyways, I figured it be interesting to compile all the places I’ve stopped. My real traveling started with a nice trip to Oregon in June, but a quick jaunt to Nevada started me off. May - Nevada June - Oregon, Idaho July...

Circle logic to fulfill my goals.
I thought of a good idea, thought it’d make a good new year resolution, proceeded to hate it because I thought that new year resolutions are cheesy, then proceeded to disregard last statement and just embrace it: Often I don’t do things because I don’t have a reason to do it. Maybe this year I’ll make it a point to do something regardless of it having a reason to do it. ...

– Calvin Coolidge (via fred-wilson) I suppose this struck a chord with me because not only is it a good quote, but it is also inspiring to me to “Press On!” Hopefully, it isn’t inspiring because I struggle with it.

A look back
I did a little look back at my blog. It interesting to see my state of mind at the time. I also notice that this is my 500th post, so it is fitting for a look back. Here is one of my favorites: “ Thursday | June 4, 2009 | 9:25 pm Two weeks from the transition from working on great possibilities to working on the depressing realities. “ So far, so true. Interesting how that...
